H. B. Elliott was an artist and publisher of bird’s-eye views in California. His view of Los Angeles, published in 1891 with the Southern California Land Co. when the city and its surroundings had about 65,000 people, frames the town with pictures of its hotels, banks and churches. His Los Angeles view is credited on our card, Panorama of Los Angeles.
