Where we ship
We post from the United States to most of the world. We do not accept orders for delivery to addresses in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
What it costs
Postage within the United States is free.
Outside the United States, postage is $3 per card, added to your cart as its own line so you can see exactly what you're paying.
Three cards or more and postage is free, wherever they're going.
One card, one envelope
Every card is posted in its own addressed envelope, straight to the person it's for. If you're sending cards to three different people, that's three envelopes and three addresses — you don't have to post them on yourself.
How long it takes
Cards are printed to order and posted the business day after you order.
Inside the United States they go by USPS letter mail, so there is no tracking number, and delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days from your order.
Outside the United States we post by USPS international mail. Delivery times vary by destination and we can't guarantee them — customs and local postal services are outside our control.
If something goes wrong
If a card doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, email support@picturepops.com and we'll reprint it or refund you.
