How it works

Picking the occasion sets defaults for the cover text, suggested colors, and a starter message. You upload four photos, add a date and short caption to each, write the personal letter on the bottom panel, and we handle the rest. The whole flow takes about 90 seconds on a phone.

Shipping

We ship via USPS First-Class from a US facility. Most addresses see delivery in 2–4 business days. You'll see your specific delivery date estimate at checkout based on the recipient's ZIP code. We're US-only for now.

Returns

The card is personalized so we can't accept returns on the product itself. But if something arrived damaged, the wrong card was printed, or the print quality fell short, write us at hello@picturepops.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no charge.

Photos and privacy

Your photos and text are used only to print your card. We don't use them for marketing, we don't sell them, and we delete them from our systems within 30 days of fulfillment unless you opt to save them for a future card.

Common questions

How long does it take to arrive?
Most US addresses get the card in 2–4 days. Same-day print and ship for orders by 2pm ET, weekdays.

How many photos can I include?
Four, on our first card design.

Can I write a longer message?
Yes — there's a panel dedicated to a longer note, up to ~250 characters in handwritten style.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. International is on our roadmap.
