Pisces Soul in Them
Pictures by Sidney HallWords by Evangeline Adams
Sidney Hall's two hand-coloured Pisces fish swim among the stars, tied together by a long red ribbon, with Evangeline Adams's 1927 words: Pisces responds not to the surface of things, but to the soul in them. The engraving comes from Urania's Mirror, an 1824 London set of constellation cards pierced so the stars shone through when held up to the light. For a Pisces born February 19 to March 20.
