Branch over Blue Water

Design this card$13.00~~$18.00~~

A single black branch twists and reaches across a field of turquoise water in this bold 1921 design by Sugiura Hisui. Sugiura was a pioneer of modern Japanese graphic design in Tokyo, and his flat, confident shapes still look fresh a century on. For someone who loves clean, striking art.
